The Story of the Lodge
It's January 2009 and out of the ground springs the newest floor plan, The Lodge. It's humble beginnings include a reinforced foundation and one of the best building sites in the canyon.
You can also feel good about the way we cut down on waste. When we put up your walls we use metal braces to hold them in place until we can attach them permanently. Most people waste lumber by using a 2 x 4. Is it that big of a deal? Probably not, but it is another way we stop and think about our environment. After all, what did that tree ever do to you?
February rolls around and things are moving along. The interior walls are up on the first floor and we are starting on the second floor. Notice that the siding is already going up. Is that smart? As a matter of fact it is. We use Smart Panel Smart Trim products from LP Building Products.

March is almost here and you can already see that this Chalet is going to be a beautiful piece of Branson Real Estate. I went upstairs and out of one of the bedrooms I caught a great view of Table Rock Lake. Take a look at the progress.
It's April and as you can see, our Lodge is not just another piece of Branson real estate. We've just finished hooking up this Branson home for sale to our community water and sewer. When we put in the drywall, we not only nailed it, but we glued it and we screwed it. We went the extra mile and gave it a soaring knotty pine ceiling and detailed it with knotty pine trim. We put a great deal of thought and creativity into it and then, we slap a coat of Sherman-Williams paint on the outside. We want Branson Canyon to turn heads and we want you to be proud of your community and your home. This means, that each home that we build is a piece of art, not just another job. 7/17/2009 Unfortunately, our story comes to a end but it is both bitter and sweet. We built our beautiful Lodge to show everyone our biggest and best achievement in Vacation Home design. We planned on touring many happy families around our site with this as our crown jewel. But...we got an offer two weeks after listing it so we sold it! Congratulations, Mitchell Family. We welcome you as our newest owners. Guess we'll just have to build another one.
