Branson Canyon

Branson Canyon is 87 acres along the west property line of Emerald Pointe, a high-end resort community. In fact, many of our sites back up to Emerald Pointe's $300K to $500K properties. The Canyon begins on the west boundary surrounded by sentinels of cedar and oak on the valley floor. The site then rises to the east as it climbs the ridge, exposing gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake.
Branson Canyon Homes
Our goal for this development is simple: provide a quality lake home at an affordable price. Some will be family vacation homes, some sports retreats, some homes for retirement and some for local residents. We have designed three basic models just for this beautiful site. Branson Canyon brings a unique, affordable, quality and character housing product to the Branson market.
Believe it or not, there is NO product like this on Table Rock or in Branson. Check out this list of features:
- Ground maintenance provided
- Table Rock Lake access
- Secluded 80,000 sf storage facility across the road
- Peaceful and secluded sites, view sites, walk-out sites, walking paths, trees
- Clubhouse
- 10 Minutes to The Landing and The Strip; 5 Minutes to world class golf
- For value, consider that the Canyon is adjacent to Emerald Pointe with homes priced from $300's to $700's
- Canyon homes priced from $190,000
Each floor plan features wide open living areas, two bedrooms (Master and Guest) and two bathrooms. Many sites are walk-out and will allow for additional bedrooms and living space in the lower level. We have also designed a two story version of each of plan, adding bedrooms and living space (and views) above, particularly for sites not allowing for lower levels (rock).
There are a few special things you should also note about these homes:
- This is a resort setting, so garages are not standard. Garages may be added to some sites. Please call for quotes and availability. We are developing a Self Storage business across the street for Canyon residents and the public.
- You don't have to dig deep to hit rock in the Ozarks, so the standard house plan is built on a slab (with footings). In some cases, crawl spaces (side walls) are necessary to level a site which will add additional cost to the home.
- Walk-outs are available on certain sites, but as explained, the geology of the Ozarks makes a full foundation more expensive.
Branson Booming
By now, most have seen news articles and advertising in national media outlets about the boom in Branson. Unlike the boom of the early 90's, this one is supported by home buyers – second homes, retiree homes, vacation homes, transfers (from coasts) etc. This means the economy is being supported from the bottom up with residential and resort properties, rather than relying on theaters and hotels.
Consider these projects:
-
The Landing: $400 Million project on Lake Taneycomo waterfront, featuring 500,000 square feet of retail, a 200,000 square foot Convention Center, two Hilton hotels, Bass Pro Shop and Belk Department Store.
-
Branson Creek: 7,000 acres consisting of 3 golf courses, various upcoming projects, hotels, and Branson's new airport – America's first privately owned full Commercial jet service airport (9,000 foot runway serving national carriers).
-
Big Cedar Expansion: Big Cedar recently purchased over 170 acres on the ridge directly above Branson Canyon that stretches toward Big Cedar to expand its development and control of the southeast corner of Table Rock Lake.
-
Branson Commerce Park: 350 acres of mixed use property – light industrial and residential. This will be Branson's ONLY master planned business park (only piece of ground large enough and flat enough).
